A GROWING DEMAND
Northstar Technologies Group is strategically positioned to capitalize on the immense growth potential across three key market segments: construction, infrastructure, and defense. These industries represent a combined multi-trillion-dollar global opportunity, driven by increasing demand for innovative, durable, and sustainable solutions.

Global Composites Market: Projected to reach $200B by 2027, growing at a CAGR of 8.5%.
CONSTRUCTION
The global construction market was valued at approximately $3.6 trillion in 2023 and is projected to reach $5.3 trillion by 2032, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.3%. In the U.S. alone, the construction sector is expected to surpass $2.2 trillion by 2027. This growth is fueled by urbanization, infrastructure development, and the adoption of advanced materials like composites, which offer superior durability, lightweight properties, and design flexibility.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The global infrastructure construction market is estimated at $2.89 trillion in 2025, with projections to reach $3.92 trillion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 6.27%. Governments and private entities are heavily investing in modernizing transportation systems, utilities, and public facilities to meet the demands of urbanization and population growth. Composites play a critical role in addressing challenges such as corrosion, environmental impact, and structural resilience, making them a preferred choice for sustainable infrastructure projects.
DEFENSE
The global defense market was valued at $2.49 trillion in 2024 and is expected to grow to $3.87 trillion by 2033, with a CAGR of 5.0%. In the U.S. alone, defense spending is projected to reach $382.56 billion by 2030. The defense industry increasingly relies on advanced composite materials for applications such as lightweight armor, impact-resistant structures, and high-performance vehicles, addressing critical needs for mobility, protection, and operational efficiency.
NORTHSTAR'S ADVANTAGE
By leveraging its expertise in advanced composite building systems, Northstar is uniquely positioned to address the challenges and opportunities within these markets. The company’s innovative solutions align with the growing demand for sustainable, resilient, and high-performance materials, enabling it to capture significant market share across these thriving sectors.

NORTHSTAR'S TECHNOLOGY
From enhanced energy efficiency to long-term resilience, Northstar’s patented FRP composite building systems offer unparalleled advantages. These composite materials are not only lighter and stronger but also meet national LEED Zero standards in energy efficiency. By leveraging panelized and modular factory-built solutions, we deliver faster, safer, and more cost-effective construction that adapts to the unique needs of any project.

WHAT IS FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a high-performance composite material made by combining a polymer resin with strong reinforcing fibers, typically glass, carbon, or aramid. Known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. FRP is lightweight. non-corrosive, non-conductive, and highly resistant to fire, water, mold, and impact. These properties make it an ideal alternative to traditional materials like steel, concrete, and wood in construction, infrastructure, aerospace, and defense applications.
How is it Made?
Pultrusion is a continuous manufacturing process used to create strong, lightweight FRP components with constant cross-sectional shapes. In this process, reinforcing fibers (like glass or carbon) are pulled through a resin bath and then through a heated die, where the material is shaped and cured into rigid profiles. Pultrusion allows for precise, high-strength structural elements such as beams, channels, and panels.
Strength; Powered by Glass
Glass fibers are the most commonly used reinforcement material due to their high strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. These fibers are woven or aligned in specific orientations and embedded within a polymer resin to form Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP). The glass fibers provide the structural strength and stiffness, while the resin binds them together and protects against moisture, chemicals, and UV exposure
